This starts with me being stupid at the gas station and locking my keys in my car. I never lock my car when I'm at the gas station! But for some reason today I locked the car today with everything inside (including my phone) except for my debit card. So I went and asked the man at the pump next to mine if he knew how to open a locked car. He came over to look and see if he could help but he didn't think he could. So he let me use my phone to call my mom (who did not answer of course). He ended up calling AAA and waiting with me for more than an hour for them to get there and unlock my car. I thanked him numerous times and he just kept saying that if he had a daughter he would hope someone would help her in a situation like this. I couldn't believe that a random guy who had never met me would sacrifice over an hour of his time to help me. Luckily he told me his name and where he worked so I will be sending him some hot chocolate, banana chocolate chip bread, and a card saying Thank You.
